The Freezing Process
Anglian Pea growers produce 'Quick frozen' peas. The main aim of this process is to 'lock in' all the vitamins and minerals, that make Peas so nutricious.

1: Cleaning
2: Colour Sorting
3: Blanching
4: Freezing
